La.de ist die offizielle Webpage des DLV, keine Presse. Es gab ja bereits einen Artikel über verletzte Athleten, bei dem Sailer nicht erwähnt wurde. Also war es dem zuständigen Redakteur entweder keine Meldung wert, oder ihm war nicht klar, dass Sailer "vermisst" wurde. Wie auch immer, soll Sailer den DLV aktiv bitten, über ihre Verletzung zu berichten?
Aus meiner Sicht wäre es eine sehr sinnvolle Maßnahme für mehr Transparenz zu Sorgen, wie es um die Topathleten steht, im Sinne der Sportart, des DLV und nicht zuletzt der Sportler selbst. Sprich die interessierte Öffentlichkeit auf dem Laufenden zu halten, über den aktuellen Status, ob verletzt oder nicht oder gar nicht mehr aktiv, idealerweise sollte noch der nächste geplante Wettkampf angegeben werden. Gerade um diese Themen kreisen hier doch lange Diskussionen und auch la.de klärt uns regelmäßig auf, wer hot ist und wer nicht. Also was spricht dagegen, wenn der DLV dies für Kaderathleten zur Auflage macht, drei vier rein sportliche Angaben zur Person auf der DLV-Homepage aktuell zu halten. Privates darf von mir aus gerne weiterhin privat bleiben.
Du regst dich hier ueber etwas auf was ueberhaupt nicht Thema ist:
Es geht darum, ob ein profisportler wie Sailer kleinere Verletzungen veröffentlichen sollte.

Ich rege mich nicht auf, dennoch wage ich es die Sinnfrage zu stellen… Welchen Zweck sollte es erfüllen, wenn ein "Profisportler" Pressemittleilungen heraus gibt? Die, die es zu interessieren hat (Veranstalter, Sponsoren, DLV, Trainer, Ärzte) sind ganz sicher informiert gewesen! Ist Sailer wenn sie sich als Person in die Öffentlichkeit begibt eine "öffentliche Person"?
Es gibt durchaus yellowpress Persönlichkeiten deren einzige "Leistung" es ist, in Klatschmagazinen zu erscheinen, aber die einzige "Pflicht" die ich bei einer Profisportlerin sehe, ist es die zu wettkämpfen und Leistung zu erbringen. Sie muss nicht singen, modeln, öffentlich Urlaubsgesuche einreichen, nett lächeln oder über ihren Stuhlgang berichten .
Ich möchte niemandem die Eitelkeit ausreden auf den Titelseiten zu erscheinen (und sich dafür bezahlen zu lassen!), dass wäre allerdings ureigenste Aufgabe des nächsten "Top-Modells" (die dafür auch bezahlt wird). Wer sein Aufgabengebiet und seinen Job aber rein als Sportler erbringen möchte, sollte dies unhinterfragt von "Fans" tun können. Krankheitsgeschichten sind genauso Privatsache wie Beziehungsgeschichten - relevant nur wenn ich Arzt oder "Beziehung" bin, nicht wahr?
Nein, weiß ich nicht, du aber auch nicht. Trotzdem regst du dich über fehlende Infos der "Stars" auf. Ich wollte nur aufzeigen, dass es auch andere Möglichkeiten gibt, warum die Infos nicht verfügbar sind, es muß nicht unbedingt am Athleten liegen.

Umso mehr sie Preis gibt, umso mehr muss.sie.sich Berichterstattung gefallen lassen.
Und was hat das mit fehlender Berichterstattung zu tun? "Gefallen lassen" impliziert keine aktive Mitarbeit.
Hast du einen Facebook-Account? Schonmal einen Athleten angeschrieben? Es gibt einige, die da durchaus antworten, bei Marie-Laurence Jungfleisch seh ich das öfters. Oder ist der direkte Weg zu kompliziert, lieber aufregen, als aktiv werden?

Lor-Olli hatte gefragt ob Sailer eine "ööffentliche Person " ist.
Die Frage habe ich beantwortet.
Ich finde es steht mir nicht zu einer Athletin die ich nicht kenne persönlich Nachrichten zu schreiben. Das finde ich wirklich aufdringlich. dafür gibt es die Medien..
Wenn ich sie waere wuerde mich so etwas mehr stressen als mal zwei saetze auf meine Seite zu schreiben...

Und warum suchen Leute hier die Schuld bei den Athleten und nicht bei den Medien? Medien sind sehr stark auf die Nachfrage der Leser/Zuschauer/Zuhörer angewiesen. Wenn du heute an la.de eine Email schreibst, dass du gerne mehr über Frau Sailer erfahren möchtest, könnten Redakteure recherchieren - oder auch nicht.
Was ein Athlet an die Öffentlichkeit preisgibt, ist schlichtweg seine eigene Sache.
