Ich will damit nur betonen, dass es einen deutlichen Unterschied macht, ob sich Leute freiwillig wo treffen oder ob das im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung passiert - dort gibt es nämlich einen Veranstalter.
Dazu passt auch das Aufzug-Beispiel. Im Normafall kann ich mich entscheiden, ob ich mit dem Aufzug fahre oder die treppe nehme. Ich könnte mich als Läufer nun aber nur entscheiden ob ich teilnehe oder nicht teilnehme. Das ist der Unterschied. Das Beispiel mit dem Aufzug würde nur dann gelten, wenn dein Arbeitgeber oder die Schule vorschreiben würde, den Aufzug zu nehmen, und du nur die Wahl hast "Risiko" oder Nicht-Teilnahme. Das ist juristisch wie moralisch halt etwas vielschichtiger. Auch deshalb ist der DLV zB so vorsichtig. Ob zurecht, ist eine andere Frage
