Wenn man wie Gesa offensichtlich nur noch auf dem letzten Zylinder läuft, ist eine komplette Laufpause von 3-4 Wochen das einzig Richtige. Gewicht natürlich durch abgestimmte Ernährung weitgehend stabilisieren, Muskulatur durch sanftes Streching elastisch halten, täglich ein Stündchen spazierengehen und vielleicht alle paar Tage lockeres Schwimmen oder Radeln.
Was soll da schon passieren? Für Trainingspedanten natürlich ein unerträglicher Zustand, was allerdings bei Läufern(und Bodybuildern) nicht selten ist. Da wird das Trainingsbuch zur Bibel, Wochen-und Jahreskilometer verglichen und mancher schleppt sich noch mit Fieber um den Block, nur um keinen lauffreien Tag zu haben . . . :-)
Es gibt doch genug Beispiele, wo Läufer nach wochenlangen Zwangspausen(Verletzung, Unfall, Krankheit) wieder zurückgekommen sind.
Weiterhin sollte einmal überdacht werden, ob das hohe Kilometerpensum in Verbindung mit den dauernden Höhenaufenthalten und oft dreimaligem(!) Training am Tag für ihren Körper nicht doch mehr Stress als Gewinn bedeutet.
Erste Anzeichen dahingehend konnte man doch die letzten zwei Jahre schon vermuten.
