Ist der Ellenbogen dann da, wo er hingehört, überträgt sich die Energie sehr schön über die Hand auf die Kugel.
Es gibt kaum Vergleichsweiten von ihm, da Jugendliche in den USA fast nie mit internationalen Kugeln stossen. Mit der 12lbs Kugel (5,44 kg) schaffte er im Juni 22.67m.
Was meinen unsere Experten zum Stoss?
Seine Technik ist sehr gut ausgeprägt für sein Alter und deutlich besser und stabiler als bei Jacko Gill in dem Alter. Allerdings scheint er wie viele amerikanische Stoßer mehr über Kraft als über Athletik zu seinen Weiten zu kommen. Die muskuläre Ausprägung spricht für schon langjähriges und intensives Krafttraining. Da er von der Körpergröße limitiert scheint und auch bereits gelenkunterstützende Bandagen nutzt (Stoßhand und linkes Knie), ist eine weitere kontinuierliche Entwicklung bis in den Weltklassebereich kritisch zu betrachten.
