Ein Trainer kann doch nur erfolgreich sein, wenn er sich ständig weiterbildet. Ups! Nein, ich bin nicht Gertrud!
Dass nicht alle Athleten gleich ansprechen ist richtig. Wenn Athleten auf diesem Niveau nicht begreifen, dass Sie alles machen möchten. Disko, Training, Freizeit, dann fehlt eben die Leistungsperspektive.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit Physios ist absolut zentral und die müssen vor Ort sein gleich wie auch Mediziner. Jedes grosse Leistungszentrum benötigt dies - ansonsten geht zuviel Zeitverlust drauf. 75% der verletzten Deutschen Sportler kontaktieren mehr als 1 Arzt. Warum hier der Verband nicht eine Vorgabe macht. 5-8 Mediziner Landesweit PUNKT.
Immer wenn ich lese, dass Athlet nach Trainingsort B fährt um 1-3x zu trainieren und dann noch den Heimtrainer hat - weiss ich wieviel Potential so verschenkt wird. Das geht in Trainingsmonate über 3 Jahre wenn ma alle Fahrzeiten und fehlende Ruhezeiten mitberücksichtigt.
Wenn ich Typen sehe wie Nadine Hildebrandt ist doch klar, dass man so jemanden fördern möchte.
