Ich glaube, dass wir die 400 m Staffel zwingen müssen 10 m gerade nach vorne zu laufen beim Wechsel. Was der Franzose gegenüber den Italienern demonstriert hat geht überhaupt nicht.
Ganz allgemein habe ich den Eindruck von ganz wenig Staffeltraining.

Keine wissenschaftlich abgesicherten. Im U20-Bereich kann man meines Erachtens aber schon einen Rückschluss aus der Leistung im Vergleich mit den anderen U20-Athleten bei der EM und auch beim Vergleich mit den europäischen Jahresbestleistungen ziehen.
Am längsten habe ich bei Neugebauer überlegt, der mit seiner Punktzahl immerhin auf Rang 42 der Bestenliste liegt und in einigen Disziplinen noch große Potentiale hat erkennen lassen. Eine gute Karriere im Nationalteam könnte möglich sein, aber nach meinem Gefühl eben nicht in der absoluten Spitze, zum Beispiel wegen der 44,91 m im Speerwurf. Bei ihm war ich aber vielleicht wirklich voreilig, ganz von der Hand weisen kann man Robbs Hinweis natürlich auch nicht.
Prepens muss man beobachten, aber über 100 Meter ist es extrem schwer, selbst in Europa ganz vorne reinzulaufen. Die Top-Leute wie Asher-Smith, Lückenkemper oder Lansiquot sind auch alle sehr jung, zudem kommen da auch junge Talente wie Amy Hunt nach.
Es würde mich freuen, wenn meine Einschätzung wiederlegt wird, aber eine absolute Nachwuchshoffnung hat sich in Boras nicht aufgedrängt.
Die em war etwas schwächer, allerdings muss man auch sehen das der DLV die letzten 5 Jahre im U Bereich in Europa extrem erfolgreich war, da kann auch mal ein etwas schwächerer Jahrgang oder 2 passieren. Nicht jedes Jahr gibt es reihenweise ausnahmetalente wie Gina, Koko, Reh, kaul in den letzten Jahren. Jetzt muss man halt nur zusehen das man die gute Arbeit aufrecht erhält und in den nächsten Jahrgängen wieder zulegt.

@Befürworter: Leni Wildgrube ist kein Ausnahmetalent, trotz Gold bei der U18 EM, Gold bei den Youth Olympics und PB 4.30 nach nur kurzer Vorbereitung wegen Verletzung?
@Dominik: Ich finde eine schwächere EM zwischendurch nicht schlimm, aber was mich nervt ist die ewige Schönrederei des DLV. Wenn man im Medaillenspiegel nur sechster ist, redet man sich halt über die Nationenwertung raus. Nach einer guten EM wie bei der U23 betont man, alles richtig gemacht zu haben, aber den logischen Umkehrschluß vermeidet man. Denn wenn man der seltsamen Logik das Cheftrainers folgt, nach der kleinere Teams besser und erfolgreicher sind, müßte der DLV die Normen für die nächsten U20-Einsätze deutlich verschärfen.
"Ausnahmetalent" ist für mich jemand der schon im u20 Bereich starke erwachsenenleistungen bringt wie es kaul, koko und Gina gemacht haben. Wildgrube hat sicher viel talent, aber ich würde sie da nicht in diese Reihe stellen weil sie von der Weltklasse noch meilenweit entfernt ist. Sie hat natürlich noch Zeit, aber ein wirkliches Ausnahmetalent ist imo jemand wie Cain oder koko die mit 19 schon Weltklasse waren.
Wobei das natürlich nichts heißen muss. Manches Ausnahmetalent endet wie nesterenko oder Cain und wird gar nichts und mancher der mit 20 nur "gut" ist wird später noch Weltklasse.
Der Vergleich ist aber unfair, weil Koko mit 18 auch meilenweit von der Weltklasse entfernt war, genauso wie Gina. In welcher Disziplin war Koko mit 19 Weltklasse? Da hatte sie 4:06 und 8:46 als PBs, super für ne Juniorin, aber weit weg von der Weltklasse.

@Befürworter, was ist mit den Läufern? Schremel und Schneiders haben gewonnen, zählt das nicht? Und das es in teils taktischen Rennen nicht immer einer Spitzenzeit gibt muss man auch berücksichtigen. Aber sich im Lauf (was wirklich ALLE Nationen betreiben) durchzusetzen, ist erstmal eine sehr gute Leistung.
Für mich gibt es genau drei Faktoren, die entscheiden, wie sich jemand weiterentwickelt:1. Altersgerechtes Training: Leider ist man in der Jugend sehr häufig auf den schnellen Erfolg aus und trainiert zu forciert.2. Verletzungsfreiheit: Kontinuierliches Training ist das A und O. Wie oft liest man bei Athleten, die einen Leistungssprung machen „ich konnte endlich einmal durchtrainieren“. Die von Gertrude initiierte „Sammlung von Verletzungen deutscher LA-Protagonisten“ spricht Bände.3. Finanzielle Absicherung: Wenn keine entsprechenden Rahmenbedingungen mit Beruf / Ausbildung / Studium geschaffen werden können, wird der Sport immer leiden. Durch die Eltern hat z.B. eine Alina Reh höchste Flexibilität, bei Richard Ringer macht der Arbeitgeber mit. Ohne Insiderkenntnisse eine Prognose abzugeben ist schon sehr mutig. Aufgrund der Leistungsentwicklung der Vorjahre kann man noch ehesten Rückschlüsse zu Punkt 1 abgeben. Aber auch das ist zum Teil Kaffeesatzleserei, siehe Beispiel Scheppan.

stimmt hatte ich falsch in Erinnerung, Koko war schon deutlich vorher 20 geworden als sie die 3:58 lief.gina war bei ihren 11.04 in Mannheim 2016 aber noch 19, oder?
