Absolut gesehen, ist ihre 5k-PB auch nicht besser als die über 1500m und sie hat natürlich mehr Erfahrung auf der Mittelstrecke. Insofern kann man das schon verstehen.
Aber bei der Anzahl von sub/um 4 und erst recht um 4:05-Läuferinnen schon in Europa bringt einen die Fähigkeit einer 62er Schlussrunde in einem mittelschnellen (denn ganz langsam ist 15:17 ja auch nicht) 5k-Rennen wesentlich weiter nach vorne, als solide 4:05-06 liefern zu können.
@aj-runner: Wenn Reuther einen richtig guten Tag und nicht zu starke VL/HF erwischt, kann es klappen. Bei Huber und Hering reicht m.E. das läuferische Vermögen momentan einfach nicht aus. Da ändert es auch nicht viel, dass Huber auf Zack und ein Kämpfer ist und Hering auch taktisch nicht so geschickt.
