Immer wieder dieselbe Verletzungsorgie speziell bei den deutschen Leichtathletinnen und Leichtathleten. Wenn man den Quervergleich zu anderen Nationen zieht, ist dort die Verletzungsquote durchweg deutlich niedriger. Da fallen von den Spitzenkräften vielleicht einmal in einer großen Mannschaft 3-4 AthletInnen aus, das war es aber auch.
Bei uns, insbesondere bei den SpitzenathletInnen sieht es dagegen katastrophal aus. Und gefühlt wird das jedes jahr schlimmer. Und immer wieder kommt man auf die Themen Trainingsinhalte, Trainingssteuerung, Rgeneration usw. zurück.
Die erste Phase des Bangen und Zitterns beginnt bei den endlosen, berühmt berüchtigten Frühjahrstrainingslagern. Da ist man froh, wenn nur 1/4 bis 1/3 der AthletInnen sich verletzt. Und dann kommen die noch berüchtigteren Zwischentrainingsphasen direkt vor den Hauptwettkämpfen.Dann streicht man die Tage ab und hofft, dass man vielleicht noch 2/3 der Nominierten gesund an den Start bringt.
Ein absolutes Armutszeugnis. Für die Lisa Mayer tut es mir sehr leid, weil gerade sie schon so viel verletzt war. Je nach Schwere der Verletzung kann das auch das Karriereende sein. Ich kann auch verstehen, dass sie dann irgendwann sagt, das war es dann.
Das war es dann auch für die 4 x 100 Meter Frauenstaffel für Budapest. Eine Athletin außer Form/ verletzt kann man vielleicht noch kompensieren. aber wie ist die Sitaution:
Tatjana Pinto, außer Form/ über den Leistungszenit hinaus
Alexandra Burghardt völlig außer Form (wahrscheinlich bis Budapest auch nicht kompensierbar)
Lisa Mayer verletzt
Rebbeka Haase ein Rennen Ende Mai, dann Schweigen, wahrscheinlich außer Form oder auch wieder verletzt.
Gina Lückenkemper als Einzige topfit.
Der Rest in der 2. und 3. Reihe zu schwach und offenbar auch sehr schlecht in der Wechselleistung.
Die Möglichkeiten bei einer WM oder Olympiade die Goldmedaille zu holen war bei dieser sehr talentierten Truppe immer begründet vorhanden. Das wird wohl nicht mehr geschehen

Ich bin jetzt kein Spezialist, aber die absoluten internationalen Spitzenstars werden fast alle gesund und vor allem fit in Budapest antreten. Da werden nur wenige fehlen. Und bei den Deutschen, warten wir einmal ab, bis Budapest sind es noch 7 Wochen, bin mal gespannt, wer da noch fit antritt.
Das habe ich mir gedacht. Du schreibst von den "absoluten internationalen Spitzenstars". Bei allem Respekt für Lisa Mayer, aber dazu gehört sie nicht, selbst wenn man diese Gruppe etwas großzügiger fasst.
Sportlerinnen und Sportler auf dem Leistungsbereich von Mayer, also sehr gut aber eben keine ganz großen Namen, gibt es gerade in der Leichtathletik mit ihren vielen Disziplinen derart viele, dass es nahezu unmöglich ist, da jeden im Auge zu behalten. Man konzentriert sich auf die, die einen interessieren, und das sind bei Deutschen eben oft auch Deutsche. Wie oft vergleichbare Sportlerinnen und Sportler anderer Nationen verletzt sind, können die meisten daher gar nicht einschätzen, geschweige denn wissen. Dafür müsste man das wirklich für einen längeren Zeitraum wissenschaftlich untersuchen (was eine gute Idee wäre).
Das spielt keine Rolle. Die Verletztenquote bei den besten deutschen AthletInnen ist zu hoch. Da muss man nicht mit internationalem Spitzenniveau vergleichen.
