Am meisten stören mich die immer wiederkehrenden ähnlichen Probleme in den einzelnen Disziplinen, ohne dass man wirklich nach Lösungen das Übungspotential betrachtet. Ich bin der festen Überzeugung, dass man sie nur in speziellen Teams finden kann. Ansonsten steht hinter jede/r/m AuA meistens ein querdenkender Trainer. Man muss als Trainer/in wahnsinnig viel an seiner eigenen Verbesserung arbeiten und nicht selbstverliebt auf niedrigem Niveau sein.
Ich habe übrigens letztens einen Artikel über Nikola Tesla gelesen, der über 100 Patente angemeldet hatte und u.a. im Elektrobereich seine Verdienste hatte. In dem Artikel hieß es so schön: "Die Zusammenarbeit war nicht konfliktfrei: Tesla war es gewohnt, als „Einzelkämpfer“ zu arbeiten, und konnte sich nur schwer integrieren." (Wikipedia)
