Aber jeder und jede sollte/muss sich (gerade die mit häufing verletzten Athlet*innen) selbst immer wieder auf den
Prüfstand stellen. Es reicht nicht, zu sagen, dass es halt Pech war, und hoffentlich wird es nächstes Jahr besser.
Ich meine, jeder Trainer, jede Trainerin hat die ablsolute PFLICHT, so gründlich als möglich und auf dem neuesten Erkenntnisstand in der Trainingsmethodik und der Verletzungsvorbeung /und Behandlung vorzugehen. Ihnen sind mit den jungen Athleten auch jungen Menschen ANVERTRAUT, die in der Regel unglaublich viel Engagement und Herzblut in ihre Sache stecken. Gleichzeitig sollen sie Vorbilder sein und auch noch in der Medienlandschaft funktionieren. Sie riskieren stets ihre Gesundheit, viele dabei auch noch eine fundierte Zukunftsplanung.
Ich bin wirklich entsetzt, wenn z.B. Lisa Mayer (die m.M. nach klares sub11 und sub22 Potential hat) nun schon die dritte Saison fast nur verletzt ist und ausfällt.
Das darf nich sein!!!
Ich erwarte (und der DLV sollte es verlangen) von Trainer*innen, dass sie über ihren Tellerrand hinaus blicken und auch - verdammt noch mal - über ihren eigenen Schatten springen, und Leute kontaktieren, die mehr Ahnung haben.
Leute, die jungen Menschen sind EUCH anvertraut und es ist an EUCH, VERANTWORTUNG zu übernehmen!!!
