Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass auch die Verletzungfreiheit eine sehr große Rolle spielt, lange aktiv sein zu können. Kim Collins hört, wie es der letzte Artikel zeigt, sehr gut in sich hinein. Dazu kommt noch, dass gerade im Sprintbereich weniger oft mehr ist. Nachdem ich gestern sehr viel recherchiert habe, werden die kurzzeitigen Überlastungen muskulärer Art schnell kompensiert; schwieriger wird es bei chronischer Überbelastung, wenn sozusagen feinhistologisch Lecks entstehen. Dann ist die eigentliche Leistungsfähigkeit einfach nicht mehr gegeben. Es gehört zum "Überleben im Leistungssport" nicht nur die aktive Regeneration, sondern auch einfach die Pause, das "Beine-Hochlegen", dazu!!! Das ist aus meiner Sicht auch ein sehr wichtiger Faktor, Dauerstress in psychischer und orthopädischer Hinsicht zu vermeiden. Durch Dauerstress entstehen die meisten Verletzungen an Körper und Seele.
