Mit der Arbeit der Physios ist das Problem des "Musterwechsels" beileibe nicht aus der Welt und beinhaltet oft das Zurückfallen in automatisierte "Musterprozesse". Ich gebe mal ein Beispiel. Wenn ich die "Kolben-Betonhüfte" im Sprint trainiere und lasse die Physios ran, die das Problem dann vordergründig beheben, wird man nie so sprinten wie Usain Bolt. Das "Kolbenprogramm" ist dann im Kopf "eingebrannt". Lockerheit wie Usain Bolt geht über die Gehirnmuster. Das kennt dann die Vorgänge von Anspannung und Entspannung. Jetzt wisst ihr, warum ich mich mit Wlad so gerne unterhalte.
Wenn man aus Über- oder Fehlbelastung z. B. Patellarprobleme hatte und eine OP erfolgt ist und man macht danach in bestimmten Bereichen genauso weiter wie vorher, wird es mit ziemlicher Sicherheit Rezidive geben. Macht man dann noch weiter, wird vielleicht ein Riss folgen. Man muss möglicherweise das komplette bisherige Erfolgsprogramm in die Tonne kloppen. Wer macht das schon?! Von meinem damaligen eigenen Athletenprogramm ist heute sehr wenig übriggeblieben.
