Nein. Temporechner und Umrechnungsformeln sind NIE allgemeingültig. Farah kann im richtigen Rennen Hm unter 59 laufen, aber es kann gut sein, dass er nie den M. unter 2:05 laufen wird.
LäuferInnen müssen physisch und psychisch genauso gut für eine andere Distanz geeignet sein, und dann auch noch genauso gut trainieren wie vorher für die andere Distanz, um dort eine äquivalente Leistung erzielen zu können.
Baumann konnte 5000 unter 13 laufen, aber er war kein Marathontyp - sowohl von der Psyche als auch von seinem training her.
Training ist zwar theoretisch flexibel aber praktisch bei LäuferInnen über 30 ...
Mockenhaupt wird weiter ihren Stiefel trainieren. "If you do what you did, you will get what you got." Adaption ist gefährlich, ohne neue Reize geht es irgendwann nicht mehr vorwärts.
Mann kann das Konzept der verschiedenen LäuferInnen Typen auch an einer (theoretischen ) Idealstrecke festmachen.
Angenommen Mockenhaupts Idealstrecke sind 25km. Dann wird sie immer im HM besser sein als im Marathon. Selbst wenn sie das durch Training auf 30km verschieben kann, wird das so bleiben. Kann sogar sein, ihre Idealstrecke sind nur 18,5km. Dann würde es noch schwerer.
Baumanns Idealstrecke waren irgendwas zwischen 3000 und 500, sagen wir 4000. Mit besserem Training hätte er das vielleicht noch näher Richtung 10000 verschieben und näher an 27 ranlaufen können. Aber Marathon genauso gut zu laufen wie die 5000 wäre nie drin gewesen.
Die Idealstrecke lässt sich bei verschiedenen LäuferInnen unterschiedlich weit verschieben.
Bekele wäre möglicherweise ähnlich wie Haile flexibel genug, um im Marathon 2h03 zu laufen. Aber mit Verletzungsproblemen im Alter über 30 wird die Anzahl der Chancen geringer.
Mockenhaupts 2013 war gut. Das stimmt. Aber das war vor 2 <jahren und wenn spätestens Frühjahr 2016 keine trendwende kommt stirbt die letzte Hoffnung.
Hab gerade mal nachgelesen, sie rechnet wohl damit, im Juli wieder auf festem Boden trainieren zu können.
Wird sie im Herbst noch einen Marathon versuchen wollen, Frankfurt oder New York?

Aber dennoch denke ich, das das vorerst nicht besonders sinnvoll wäre. Würde ich ihnen auch nicht raten. Aber ich würde ihnen auch nicht raten, auf viel Unterdistanztraining und wesentlich geringere Umfänge zu setzen.
