Mir drängt sich der Eindruck auf, einige deutsche Läufer sind trainingssüchtig und haben keinen Mut zur schöpferischen Pause. So trainiert man sich eben in den Keller bis die Türe zufällt.
Völlig korrekt. Viktor Röthlin hat mal gesagt, dass er nach einem Marathon erstmal 3 Wochen Laufpause macht. Wenn ich mir unsere Trainingsweltmeister in Deutschland anschaue, die in der Woche nach dem Marathon schon wieder Alternativ trainieren wie verrückt und mehrere Laufeinheiten absolvieren (Anna zb einen Tag nach dem Wien Marathon), hat man direkt einen Grund, warum die Deutschen ständig verletzt sind und übertrainiert nur hinterherlaufen.
