ich denke schon das die juniorenerfolge im Großteil schon mit den erfolgen bei den erwachsenen korrelieren. Natürlich gibt es Spätentwickler die sich bis mitte 20 kontinuierlich verbessern und frühentwickler die mit 17 so gut wie fertig sind, aber generell waren die meisten top leute bei den Junioren auch schon sehr gut bis spitze (siehe ein storl oder auch bolt).
erfolge im Jugendalter deuten generell schon auf Talent hin und obwohl es natürlich stimmt, dass manche durch forciertes Training weiter sind als sie in dem alter sein sollten und dann eventuell dafür später bezahlen, ist eine Auswahl nach jugenderfolgen vermutlich besser als die meisten anderen Methoden.
klar sollte man auch andere dinge berücksichtigen, aber wenn ich aus 10 gleichalten jugendsprintern den besten in 5 jahren blind auswählen soll würde ich immer meine Chance nehmen und den in dem alter schnellsten nehmen.
natürlich kann ich da auch falsch liegen. wenn ich zwei 16 jährige habe und der eine ist eine zehntel schneller ist aber schon seit seinem 10. Lebensjahr im intensivtraining und der andere hat bis letztes jahr im dorfverein gekickt und läuft wie ein bauer, wird der 2. vermutlich mehr Potential haben, aber im Normalfall deuten erfolge im juniorenbereich eben doch auf Talent hin.
nur weil es nicht jeder top jugendliche nach oben schafft, bedeutet das nicht, dass die Leistungen im Jugend und juniorenbereich überhaupt keinen prädiktiven wert haben.
