Ich habe deshalb geschrieben, dass das Wort "Einladung" nicht passt, weil Astra gefragt hat, wer dann den Aufenthalt bezahlt. So kann man "Einladung" nämlich halt auch verstehen.
Aber sagen wir, dass ihnen die Plätze angeboten werden. Oder noch besser: "Nach IAAF-Regularien wären sie qualifiziert." Nach DOSB/DLV-Kriterien wären sie das deshalb noch nicht automatisch, aber das war ja schon immer so und gilt auch jetzt noch für manche Normerfüller. Wer zum Beispiel die Marathon-Norm von 2:17 läuft wird deswegen noch lange nicht nominiert.
Was die Frage angeht, was passiert, wenn Quotenplätze erst ganz spät abgelehnt werden. Ich vermute, dass die IAAF bei einer ganzen Anzahl möglicher Nachrücker gleich von Anfang an nachfragt. Zum Beispiel: "Für den Fall, dass sich der und der Athlet noch über die Nachrückerliste qualifiziert, würdet ihr ihn dann nominieren?" Dann kann man danach die Listen erstellen. Zumindest ist es das, was der Verband tun sollte.
