Ich würde nicht ständig in die "Jemand müsste mal"-Logik verfallen. Es gibt im wesentlichen zwei Sportarten, die zuletzt in Deutschland massiv an Interesse gewonnen haben: Football und Darts.
Beide wurden durch das Privat-TV gepusht – und die Selbstvermarktung im Internet.
Ich würde daher Eurosport, Sport1 und auch die Nicht-Sparten-Privat-Sender nicht außen vor lassen. Auch eigene Streams. Für die moderne Vermarktung sind auch online-Formate (Tiktok, etc.) wichtiger als das ZDF, was in seiner Übertragung die Leichtathletik oft eher kaputt macht...
Du musst zuerst Interesse erzeugen, wenn dieses Quote verspricht, kommt das lineare TV schon hinterher. In diesem Sinne würde ich empfehlern erst einmal dem bereits interessierten Publikum mehr zu bieten: Aftershows nach Deutschen Meisterschaften aber auch nach einem EM/WM/OS-Abend (wie es z.B. Thorwirth gemacht hat), könnte man als DLV selbst machen. Da hat man sogar exklusiven Zugriff auf Experten. Man müsste allerdings, da tut sich der DLV schwer, ein bisschen Kontrollverlust zulassen, sprich nicht alles schön reden. Ausschnitt daraus wören social-media-tauglich...
