Gertrud weist ja immer wieder darauf hin, dass einige Trainer Nachholdbedarf in der Kenntnis der für die jeweilige Strecke relevanten Energiesysteme haben.
Dauerläufe sind keine Notwendigkeit für eine gute aerobe Ausdauer. Vor allem nicht bei den 400m.
