Warum ignorierst du (wieder einmal) die meisten Beiträge? Die letzten 300 m waren ca. 2-3 Sekunden schneller als die anderen Runden! Da war wenig even pace.
Hochgerechnet auf 400m, 2,05 Sekunden schneller als das Durchschnittstempo. Nicht optimal, trotzdem noch immer ne sehr gute Tempo-Aufteilung, denke ich.
Aouita lief 1985 beim ersten Unter-3:30-Lauf 7 Zehntel schneller - trotz 3,71 Sekunden schwächerer Endzeit.
