Warum ignorierst du (wieder einmal) die meisten Beiträge? Die letzten 300 m waren ca. 2-3 Sekunden schneller als die anderen Runden! Da war wenig even pace.
Even Pace Running bedeutet insbesondere, die erste Runde (die ersten Runden) nicht zu schnell anzulaufen, sondern sich zurückzuhalten, um hintenraus nicht einzugehen (sieht man in Dutzenden von Rennen viel zu oft). Läuft man dementsprechend an, geht es zum Ende des Rennens manchmal sogar noch etwas schneller .
