Gerade erst gesehen. Das kann man bei Spencer & Gastin nachlesen. Entscheidend ist neben dem Crossover Point aerob-anaerob auch, wann die anaeroben Systeme weitgehend abglöst werden (i.e. << 20%). Das ist spätestens bei 40 sec der Fall. Bezogen auf den WR Männer 800 m wären das also ca 40%, bei 1500 nur 20% der Endzeit. Der positive split kommt HAUPTSÄCHLICH (nicht ausschließlich) durch dieses Zeitfenster zustande. Gehen wir also bei 800 von einer Rundendifferenz von 2-2.5 sec aus, wäre derselbe Beitrag auf 750 bei 1500 bezogen nur noch ca. 1-1.25 sec. Jetzt kommt dazu, dass aufgrund des langsameren Tempos auf den ersten 40 sec weniger Lactat und NH3 angehäuft werden, sodass du die Leistung besser aufrecht erhalten kannst. Ergo wären wir bei 1500 nah am even pace. Kennt jemand El Guerroujs Zwischenzeiten?
