Zu Deiner Frage: Zwar macht die Dosis grundsätzlich das Gift, das gilt bei ungefähr allem. Ob es bei Kevin aber die Dosis war oder völlig andere Aspekte, z.B. im mentalen Bereich, das werden wir aus der Distanz nicht beurteilen können. Niklas kann dieses Trainingskonzept auch dosiert nicht kopieren, sondern muss eigene Wege finden. Dazu gehört auch immer der internationale Austausch und die Übernahme guter Lösungen (nachdem man sie verstanden hat, wie Gertrud immer wieder zurecht betont)
So sehr ich verstehe, dass viele von Euch gern besser verstehen würden, warum Entwicklungen nicht eintreten, die man sich wünscht, muss jeder/m immer klar sein, dass es darum geht, für den individuellen Athleten die richtigen Lösungen zu finden. Dazu gehört, sich selbst und sein Konzept immer wieder zu hinterfragen und den Austausch zu suchen. Aber: "mach x so wie y, damit z dabei herauskommt", so ist es eben nicht.
