Warum ist sie jetzt mit DQ in der Liste?

Vorausgesetzt ich habe die richtige Regel 5.11. gefunden, geht es um die Startnummer.

Edit: Wobei, nicht unbedingt. Es scheint mehrere Regeln zu beinhalten. 5.10. war die Startnummer.

Rule 5.11 of the Technical Rules prescribes the sanction if any aspect of Rule 5 of the Technical Rules is not followed. It is expected however that where possible the relevant officials should request and encourage the athlete to comply and to advise them of the consequence if they do not. But where an athlete does not follow an aspect of the Rule during competition and it is not practical for an official to request compliance that disqualification may, or will, follow. It is a responsibility of the Starters Assistants and Umpires (for Track and Out of Stadium Events) and the Judges (for Field Events) to be vigilant on these matters and report any apparent breaches to the relevant Referee.
