Man sollte mal auflisten, wie hoch der aerobe Anteil insgesamt und vor allem im Ziel ist. Insgesamt liegt anscheinend genau in der vornehmlichen anaeroben Betrachtungs- und Trainingsweise beim deutschen Langsprint der Hase im Pfeffer. Es heißt "Lang" und "Sprint".
Wenn AuA vornehmlich im anaeroben Bereich hohe Intensitäten in Wiederholung im 400m-Bereich absolvieren und das sehr gut überstehen, würde ich mir Gedanken bezüglich ihrer Ernährung machen.
Ich würde die Mangelleistung einer Corinna Schwab in München vorrangig nicht mit der Mädchenschule erklären, sondern auch wirklich mal die Trainingsinhalte auf den Prüfstand stellen und begutachten lassen. Ich würde eine Kontrolle unter Dr. Argiris Vassiliadis an der DSHS Köln vorschlagen. Wenn man durch vornehmlich anaerobe Läufe zum Höhepunkt platt ist, bringt auch eine psychische Unterstützung nicht mehr viel. Dann geht eben nichts mehr.
