Es wäre ihnen hochnotpeinlich und sie kämen nie wieder. Die Kids wollen cool sein, ihr Sport soll cool sein. Die wollen was vom Training auf ihren Sozialen Netzwerken posten und es nicht verheimlichen müssen, wie es bei ihnen abgeht um in der Schule damit nicht aufgezogen zu werden.Oha! Das ist der Grund? Dann tuts mir leid, da kann ich nicht helfen. Meine Athleten machen das nicht, weil sie cool sein wollen, sondern weil sie erfolgreich sein wollen und da geht man nunmal hin und wieder außergewöhnliche Wege. Wenn es nur im den Coolnessfaktor geht, dann wirds schwer zu motivieren. Als halbwegs guter Leichtathlet stecke ich jeden Kreisklassenfussballer in die Tasche, was Fitness angeht. Durch ein halbwegs ordentliches Stabitraining machen Leichtathleten in jeder Mukibude eine sehr gute Figur, etc. Wir haben schon eine coole Sportart, die uns in vielen Lebenslagen gut aussehen lässt. Wenn das nicht reicht, weiß ich leider auch nicht weiter. Vielleicht ist dann die Erwartungshaltung doch zu groß oder die Liebe zur Leichtathletik kleiner als gedacht. Wenn ich meine Sportart liebe, dann sind mir komische Sprüche von außen (von Unwissenden!) egal. Alles eine Sache der Einstellung...
