Naja, irgendwie steckt ja schon eine gewisse Logik dahinter: Standorte, an denen viel passiert, leistungsstarke Athletinnen und Athleten zu finden sind und der politische Wille da ist, werden gefördert. Das macht ja auch zu einem hohen Maße Sinn.
Problematisch ist es halt, dass es dadurch zum einen schwierig ist, neue Standorte aufzubauen und zum anderen passiert dann genau das, was du beschreibst: Kinder und Jugendliche, die Talent haben, fallen hinten runter, wenn sie nicht zufällig an einem dieser Standorte sind oder Eltern haben, die zu 100% bereit sind, ihre Kinder zu unterstützen.
Zurück zu deiner Ausgangsfrage, was du den Kindern sagen sollst: Da hilft es wohl nur ehrlich zu sein und ihnen zu sagen, dass bei euren Vorraussetzungen relativ früh Grenzen erreicht sind und ihr aus dem, was ihr habt, nur das Beste machen könnt.
