Es gibt sicherlich absolute ausnahmeleute die bezüglich Talent und der Bereitschaft zu investieren absolut über allen anderen stehen und diese Leute muss man auch machen lassen.
Ronaldo ist sicher so jemand, auch zum Beispiel der basketballspieler LeBron james, der jedes Jahr mehrere Millionen Dollar in Fitness, Gesundheit und Ernährung steckt und so mit mitte 30 immer noch extrem fit ist (er verdient aber auch jedes jahr mit Werbung etwa 100m, also lohnt es sich für ihn).
Allerdings wollen sich große Strukturen wie Verbände, Vereine und Unternehmen auch nicht zu abhängig von solchen Genies machen.
Große Unternehmen haben z. B heute sehe detaillierte Qualitätsmanagement Prozesse, nicht weil diese ideal sind, sondern weil sie vielleicht zu 80% ideal sind und so versuchen die "downside" zu reduzieren.
Denn wenn man sich von einem "genie" zu abhängig macht und diese Person dann geht kann das ganze Gebilde extrem zusammenbrechen.
In der Firma wo meine Mutter arbeitet hat sie so was erlebt. Dort gab es einen sehr eigensinnigen Chef der alten Schule der einem an der Waffel hatte aber ein geniales verkaufstalent hatte. Und als es darum ging einen Nachfolger zu suchen hat er wohl extra schwache Leute gesucht und ihnen nicht genug auf den Weg gegeben damit er sagen kann ohne mich läuft hier nichts.
Meine Mutter hatte ihn sogar mal damit konfrontiert und gesagt sie haben den doch gewählt weil er schwach ist und sie keine Götter neben sich dulden und er hat wohl nur gegrinst und gesagt sie kennen mich.
Insofern geht es in großen Strukturen nicht nur um die spitzenleistung und das geniale Moment, sondern auch um Nachhaltigkeit und Skalierbarkeit, sprich man will nicht von einem narzistischen genie abhängen und dann wieder bei Null anfangen wenn es nicht klappt.
Optimalerweise wäre es natürlich so das eine Organisation es schafft Genies zu bändigen und ihnen Freiheiten zu geben, andere Leute die das brauchen aber im exakter definierten Prozessen zu führen.
Das ist aber kein leichter Spagat weil es auch zu Konflikten führen kann, sprich Mitarbeiter sehen das der eine narrenfreiheit bekommt und sie "auf schienen" gesetzt werden und wenig kreative Freiheit haben.
Das ist immer eine Balance zwischen Genies machen lassen und andere Mitarbeiter so einzubinden das ein Mindestmaß an Qualität gesichert ist und das personalfluktuation ausgeglichen werden kann.
Wenn man nur die richtigen leute einstellen könnte und die dann machen lassen könnte (du hast jetzt 2 jahre, es zählt was am ende reauskommt, alles andere ist mir egal) hätten Firmen ja kein Qualitätsmanagement und keine SOPs.
Umgekehrt gibt es natürlich gerade in Deutschland auch einige Firmen die zu sehr auf solide und zuverlässig setzen und so nicht genug Innovation schaffen.
Das ist nicht einfach, denn zwischen Innovation und "verrücktes genie sprengt den Laden" ist es schon teilweise ein feine Linie.
