Ich bringe immer den Vergleich, dass bei einem Flachdach das sichtbare Loch im Dach nicht immer die Ursache des Wassereindringens ins Haus ist. Genauso empfinde ich die Argumente oben für die Fehlhaltungen. Die BWS kann bei ihm nicht strecken, die Hyperlordose liegt nicht an der LWS, die Glutaeen können bei ihm vorrangig nicht arbeiten. Die "Baustellen" sind andere. Knobelt mal schön!
Es geht auch vorrangig nicht um Thorax-Stabilität. Es geht um Core-Control!!! Schaut euch mal die Arbeit des Oberkörpers bei Usain Bolt an!!! Welcher Baum trägt beim Sturm größeren Schaden davon: der starre oder der elastische??? Es geht teilweise um sehr kleine Ausfälle in der Kette!!!

Man sollte in der Lage sein, die richtigen Schlüsse für den Sprint und den Körper an sich zu ziehen. Daran hapert es in Deutschland immer wieder. Es fehlen die smarten Typen im Team!

Ich gehe mal auf den Bereich der Biomechaniker ein. Die meisten Biomechaniker, die ich kennengelernt habe, befassen sich mit den mechanischen Werten. Es gibt auch "Ausnahmen" wie Dr. Tobias Alt, die auch die funktionelle Anatomie einbeziehen. Dann gibt es Biomechaniker, die die Fronten wechseln oder gewechselt werden ( ) und im praktischen Tagesgeschäft ihr Glück versuchen - und das mit unterschiedlichem Erfolg und nicht immer mit Leistungsexplosionen bei ihren Schützlingen. Theorie und Praxis sind also durchaus sehr unterschiedliche Gebiete. Weil ich beide Seiten für wichtig halte, habe ich für mich als Fokus die Schnittstelle Theorie und Praxis mit sehr gutem Erfolg für meine AuA in der Verletzungsprophylaxe auserkoren und zwar auf einem Gebiet wie dem Mehrkampf, den ich zuvor noch nie trainiert habe. Ich bin also durchaus in der Lage, mich sehr intensiv in neue Gebiete einzuarbeiten. Ich gehöre nicht zu den Menschen, die ihr "Licht unter den Scheffel stellen", sondern sage frank und frei: "Ja, auf dem Gebiet kann ich etwas oder auch viel!"
Eine lustige Geschichte aus meiner Athletinnenzeit: Marlene Fuchs-Klein und ich hatten einen DLV-Lehrgang bei Prof. Dr. R. Ballreich, einem anerkannten Biomechaniker und dem damaligen DLV-Trainer Kugelstoßen Frauen. Er hat uns viel über Winkel, Geschwindigkeiten ... erzählt. Marlene sagte zu mir in ihrem rheinischen Dialekt: "Jertrud, watt is datt denn für ne Tünnes. Der soll uns nix über Winkel... erzählen, sondern darüber, wie man weit stößt!
Es kommt noch hinzu, dass nicht die langjährige Ausbildung die wichtigste Rolle spielt, sondern die Qualität der Umsetzung in der Zeit. Es gibt viele Menschen, die über alle offiziellen Scheine verfügen, aber im Grunde in der Tiefe der Materie ahnungslos sind. Es ist wohl wahr, dass in Deutschland vornehmlich der Schein zählt - auch so ein Irrtum.
Wenn du sehr differenziert betrachtet hättest, müsstest du eigentlich feststellen können, dass ich mich nur in Sachen intensiv einmische, die ich verstehe und die mein "tägliches Brot" sind. Ich würde auf Gebieten, die ich nicht so kenne, immer nur höflich fragen.
Ich finde so "junge Wilde" wie David Corell gut, die die Sprintwelt aus den Angeln heben wollen. Ich würde ihn niemals in seiner Euphorie bremsen wollen, hätte in der Diskussion mit ihm bei seinen Übungen meine Fragen.
