Die ersten drei der Trials schaffen auch nicht immer die Normen...
Der Schweizer Leichtathletikverband hat nun seine Olympianormen bekannt gegeben. Auf den ersten Blick recht gut gelöst. Obwohl man eigentlich auch auf solche Normen hätte verzichten können. Es gibt für ein so kleines Land keinen Grund, Athleten nicht starten zu lassen, die sich einen Startplatz erkämpft haben.

Also ich hatte nicht die komplette Übertragung gesehen, aber in einem Interview (ich glaube es war mit Uliczkas Trainer) wurde gefragt, ob die Olympianorm von 2:12:30 machbar wäre.

Für mich ist es sowieso nicht nachvollziehbar, warum der DLV seine offiziellen Nominierungsrichtlinien für Olympia 2016 (und auch für die EM 2016) noch nicht veröffentlicht hat! Für eine langfristige Planung ist es doch essentiell, dass ich frühzeitig die Anforderungen kenne!

Die leidige Diskussion um die Marathon-Norm...
Anders als bei Stadion-Disziplinen ist es im Marathon ja eigentlich egal, wieviele Leute antreten... Raus auf die Straße und gut is... Trotzdem sollte es bestimmte Qualitätskriterien geben, einfach aus Gerechtigkeit gegenüber anderen Disziplinen. In der bereinigten WBL 2014 (drei Läufer pro Land) liegt das Limit für einen Top-30-Platz ungefähr bei 2:11. Eine DLV-Norm von 2:12 wäre darum mehr als angemessen, eher noch darunter.

Der DOSB hat die nationalen Qualikriterien veröffentlicht (noch ohne Normen): Link
Das wichtigste: - Es wird nicht angegeben, dass die Staffeln noch eine zusätzliche Bedingung erfüllen müssen, außer sich über die IAAF-Regeln zu qualifizieren. Kommt da nichts mehr nach, wäre die 4x100 der Herren also durch. - Über 10.000m, im Marathon, im Gehen und im Mehrkampf beginnt der Qualizeitraum am 1. August. In allen anderen Disziplinen am 1. April 2016. Der Winterwurf-Cup zählt auch wieder. - Ein Platz unter den ersten zwölf über 10.000m und unter den ersten 16 im Gehen bei der WM in Peking zählt der DLV/DOSB als Olympia-Qualifikation und hat sogar im Zweifelsfall Vorrang vor der DLV-Norm. Es muss nur noch eine leichtere Bestätigungsnorm 2016 erfüllt werden. Über 10.000m kann die Bestätigungsnorm dann auch über 5000m gelaufen werden. - Wer im Mehrkampf bei der WM unter die ersten Vier kommt, hat bei der Nominierung Priorität und muss nur noch eine Bestätigungsnorm erfüllen. - Die Normwettkämpfe 2016 im Mehrkampf sind Ulm, Ratingen und Götzis. Der Sieger von Ratingen scheint keine Priorität mehr zu haben. - Im Marathon gilt ein Platz unter den ersten 16 der WM auch als Olympiaquali, aber da ist sowieso keiner dabei. - Die Deutschen Marathon-Meister von Frankfurt haben bei der Nominierung Priorität, wenn sie die Norm erfüllen. Falls die Norm schon 2015 erfüllt wurde, braucht man 2016 eine Bestätigungsnorm im Halbmarathon. |
