Paradox ja, aber nicht ungewöhnlich. Ich kann es auch nicht erklären, aber denke es hängt mit der Länge und dem "Schmerz" des Ereignisses zusammen. Gina z.B. schreibt auf Insta lapidar, sie habe im Block noch die Atmosphäre genossen (o.ä.) anstatt sich zu ärgern und zu zweifeln. Ist das nun nur Typ- oder Disziplin-abhängig? Schwer zu sagen. Die meisten Probleme, derer wegen ich dann auch im WK andere Disziplinen gelaufen bin, hatte ich über 400 und 800, Obwohl über 110 m Hü und 400 m Hü sonst was passieren kann. Ich denke es ist für mache auch die Angst vor der Machtlosigkeit. Du trainierst und trainiert und dann bringt ein Windstoß dich aus dem Rhythmus. Passiert das an Hürde 2, quälst du dich noch 45 Sekunden und fragst was das soll. Wenn du über 100 den Start versiebst, läufst du halt 3 Tage später woanders (gilt natürlich nicht bei Meisterschaften) und kommst heute halt mal 0.15 später ins Ziel
