Ja, wobei teilweise sogar offensichtliche Fehler stehen bleiben. Z.B. hatte ein Welt-Artikel anscheinend verpennt, dass Konstanze dieses Jahr ihren EIGENEN 3000m-Hallenrekord verbessert hat, daher auch nur 4 sec., nicht die behaupten 9 sec. ggü. dem relativ schwachen alten Rekord. Es fehlen auch alle Einordnungen, sowohl bzgl. der Verbesserungen Kokos als auch der Stärke der Rekorde. Die Meilenrekorde waren beide nicht stark, die hätte sie schon 2017 laufen können, wenn sie die Strecke gelaufen wäre. Ebenso war sie 2018 weniger als eine Sekunde über dem 1500m-Hallenrekord. Und auch die 2019-Hallenrekorde waren alle noch nicht so gut wie die 2017 Freiluftzeiten (wobei sie in der Halle Anfang des Jahres in einem gepaceten Rennen sicher schon 8:25-27 hätte laufen können).
Die einzigen wirklich deutlichen Verbesserungen waren die 3000m und 5000m-Zeiten und die relativieren sich eben auch, wenn man ein ganzes Jahr ohne PB berücksichtigt, das junge Alter und die leichte Fokusverschiebung auf längere Strecken. Und selbst die waren eher geringer als von 2016 auf 2017. Auf längeren Strecken sind 15-30 Sekunden bei jungen AthletInnen, die die Umfänge deutlich steigern, nicht so ungewöhnlich. Amanal Petros hat sich über 5000m auch um 12 sec. seit letztem Jahr verbessert.
Bei der WM hat zB Tsehay Gemechu ihre 5000m-Zeit um über 30 sec. verbessert, Karissa Schweizer um etwa 16 (in zwei Etappen).
