Eine mihambo verkraftet wohl locker zwei 100m Läufe. Das hat überhaupt keine Auswirkungen auf den Weitsprungeinsatz. Eher lenkt sie das etwas ab und nimmt damit etwas den Druck.
Man sollte sie an den Start setzen. Über geben ist für nicht so geübte Staffelläufer viel einfacher als pünktlich ablaufen und annehmen.
Sie ist übrigens in der Jugend auch oft Staffel gelaufen.
