Wobei ich Beate Schrott nun nicht mit Dafne Schippers auf eine Stufe stellen möchte. Aber es zeigt, dass Training bei einem Toptrainer auch nicht jedermanns Ding ist.
Never change a winning team!!! Sie hatte doch "Bombenleistungen" unter Bart Bennema. Ich kann überhaupt nicht verstehen, dass eine Athletin dann wechselt. Wenn ein Toptrainer sehr viele Athletinnen und Athleten betreut, dann kann er auf Individualität einfach nicht mehr so achten. Ich meine aber, dass BB auch heute noch ihre Kraftprogramme schreibt.
Ich kann mich noch gut an eine deutsche Springerin erinnern, die auch bei einem deutschen Erfolgstrainer als eine unter vielen trainiert hat und die mir später mal gestanden hat, dass sie einen "Einheitsbrei" trainiert hat und verschlissen worden ist. Manche Trainer schaffen es durch ihre Art, viele Athletinnen zu binden, obwohl keine vernünftige Betreuung und viel eigenständiges Training nach dem Motto ansteht, dass Athleten selbstständig sein sollen. In Wirklichkeit schleifen sich jede Menge Fehler ein und Korrekturen sind in vielen Fällen nicht mehr gegeben.
