Das Rennen war wirklich bockstark. Zeitweise lag man ja sogar vorne.
Aber auch beeindruckend, dass die Japaner mittlerweile bei den Sprint-Staffeln so stark sind.
Irgendwie haben wir in geraden Jahren immer die schwächeren U20 Staffeln am Start. Ich würd gern mal eine wie die von 2011 oder 2015 bei einer WM sehen.
Mich irritiert, wenn ich lese, dass Alina Reh gerade eine Fraktur im Fuss überstanden hat.
Das heißt doch wohl, dass zu hart trainiert wurde. Macht sie zu viel?
Schon im letzten Jahr hatte ich den Eindruck einer gewissen Stagnation. Auch wenn die Titelerfolge beeindruckten. Sicher ist die Verbesserung auf schon sehr hohem Niveau schwierig, aber das führt Konstanze Klosterhalfen in diesem Jahr vor.
Ich hoffe jedenfalls, dass beide der deutschen Leichtathletik noch länger - gesund und mit nachhaltiger Weiterentwicklung - erhalten bleiben.
Auf der einen Seite erkennst du Stagnation, auf der anderen kritisiert zu zu hartes Training? Wie soll sie sich verbessern, wenn sie nicht mehr trainiert? Und mehr Training birgt immer ein Risiko, Malaika Mihambo mußte vier Monate pausieren, weil die Achillessehnen das erhöhte Trainingspensum nicht vertrugen.
Das Rennen in Bydgoszcz war für sie nicht optimal, die ersten 3000m waren zu langsam, bei gleichmäßig hohem Tempo traue ich ihr 15:30 zu. Über 1500m hat sie sich dieses Jahr um fünf Sekunden gesteigert, über 3000m in der Halle um acht Sekunden.
Zum Vergleich: Klosterhalfen hat sich um 2,5 Sekunden über 1500m und 8,5 über 3000m gesteigert.

Kann man solche unrythmischen Rennen nicht auch trainieren?
Wir sehen es ja auch bei Tesfaye, der Superzeiten laufen kann, aber bei Meisterschaftsrennen keinen Stich bekommt, da er am Ende einfach zu langsam ist.
