Es gibt teilweise vergleichbare Eigenschaften, über die man als Trainer verfügen sollte, um erfolgreich zu sein. Sicherlich gibt es hier und da Auswüchse, die nicht übernommen werden sollten.

In einigen Disziplinen tut sich schon etwas; nur kann man die Erfolgsaussichten in Form von Leistungszuwachs ebenso wenig gravierend permanent vorantreiben wie die Gewinnmaximierung an der Börse mit unheilvollen Auswirkungen. Es geht in den heutigen Dimensionen wirklich nur noch um kleine Schritte, die aber unheimlich viel Kleinarbeit bedeuten.
