Im Vergleich zu früher, hält sich das Bashing doch in Grenzen

Ich sehe kein Bashing, wenn Gesa vorher sagt, sie hoffe sub 9 zu laufen und dann 9:05 auch noch o.k. ist, während vor einem Jahr in ähnlicher Situation 9:03 als enttäuschend eingeräumt wurde. Ich vermute ganz banal, dass das auch an der Plazierung auf 4 als beste deutsche ggü. damals Platz 11? und Reh und Klein mit sehr viel besseren Zeiten liegt, vermutlich aber ebenfalls an anderer Planung für die Halle.
Ich finde 2:04 für Hering und Trost auch nicht so toll, aber 800m ist halt schnell und da ist es eher nachvollziehbar, dass man aus eher ausdauerfokussiertem Wintertraing etwas länger braucht um reinzukommen.

Valar aus is.

Die 800 m Läuferinnen haben das Rennen auf der 3. Runde einfach verbummelt. Das war nur eine 33,5

Klar ist es ...erstaunlich, wenn man bei einem Rennen unter guten Bedingungen flach langsamer als die Hinderniszeit läuft.
Wer selber mal diese Strecken gelaufen ist, würde sagen, das selbst aus dem Dauerlauftraing, gesund und schon mit guter Basis,selbst mit wenig Tempoläufen es schneller sein müsste. Aber....Gesa scheint, wenn alles passt, wirklich auf den Punkt fit sein zu können. 2018 klappte das nicht. Da kam sie, ohne das Krankheit oder Verletzung bekannt war, im Frühsommer in ein Leistungstief. Man hat reagiert (das ist schon eine gute Leistung) und hat die Saison mit dem EM Titel noch retten können. Also Gesa ist keine Bank für 2020. Wenn alles klappt, kommen die 9 Minuten noch näher...oder sie quält sich Richtung 9:20 (wie letztes Jahr bis zum Sommer) und bekommt nicht mehr die Formzuspitzung hin. Spannend, aber ihre Trainingskonzeption ist kaum auf andere übertragbar.

Gesa hat Umfänge bis 180km, was nach meiner Meinung für eine Hindernisläuferin ihres Typs (mit 800/1500m-Präferenz flach) grenzwertig ist. Die 800m läuft sie fast immer aus dem Stegreif in 2:03/04. Wer über 1500m eine 4:07 stehen hat, müsste aus einem ausdauerbetonten Wintertraining, aus der Höhe kommend und mit 2 Wochen Akklimatisierung mehr als 9:05 abliefern können. Ähnliches gilt auch für die Silvesterläufe.
Ich glaube, dass sie große Teile des Jahres haarscharf am Übertraining entlang wandert und zum Jahreshöhepunkt nur durch geschicktes Tapering in Topform ist. Oder wie vor zwei Jahren durch eine schöpferische Zwangspause mitten in der Saison, weil sie schlichtweg platt war.

Ich hatte bei etlichen Rennen in DO den Eindruck, dass sie "unrund" verliefen; da man die Zwischenzeiten nicht gesehen hat, war das aber nicht leicht nachvollziehbar.
2:04 ist für Hering etwa so weit oder weiter von der BL wie 9:05 (vs. 8:49) für Krause uind wirkt angesichts der internationalen Zeiten der letzten Wochen (Koko ist gerade zweimal 2:08 ohne Pause gelaufen), steigerungswürdig. Nur sollte eben knapp über 3 min pace nicht so weit von auch im Wintertraining gelaufenen paces weg sein, dass das schwer fällt. Gesa hatte auf Instagram vor ein paar Wochen mal ein Quiz, bei dem man ihre pace eines 20km-longruns tippen sollte. Ich habe die Lösung verpasst, aber sie läuft die, glaube ich, knapp unter 4 min pace, was eher schnell für jemanden mit Gesas WK-Zeiten (und außer Hindernis Präferenz eher für 800/1500 als für 5/10k) ist. Und normalerweise müssten ihre Tempo/Intervalleinheiten auch im Winter bei 3:00 pace oder schneller sein. Sie hat im Sommer ja 2:05/4:12 immer drauf, mitunter stabiler als ihre Hinderniszeiten. Dass die Zuspitzung auf die Topform bisher meistens geklappt hat, ist natürlich erfreulich. Die Konkurrenz in D und bis vor kurzem auch Europa ist halt auch so schwach, dass Krause selbst 2018 noch deutlich gewinnen konnte. Ich glaube aber nicht, dass man mit 9:20 Form 2020 oder 2022 Europameisterin werden kann.

Es sei denn, das wurde im Stream nicht so sichtbar. Das kann ich jetzt nicht beurteilen. Das Männerfeld über 1500 m war einfach qualitativ so gut und eng beeinander, dass die sich beinahe selbst auf den Füßen rumgetrampelt sind. Was sonst noch unrund gelaufen sein soll, weiß ich jetzt nicht.

Zum Vergleich Selina Büchel läuft im Sommer die Woche so 50 km im Winter ist das Maximum 80 km wird aber bei weitem nicht jedesmal gelaufen. Delia Scalabas kommt auf rund 40 km 4x Lauftraining die Woche. Alles über 120 km ist kompletter Overkill. Der Sportler(in) braucht auch Ruhephasen. Die Ausdauerwerte kann man auch mit Schwimmen verbessern - und da spart man viel Resourcen. 180 km läuft nicht mal Wanders regelmässig. Wie soll das eine Frau vernünftig schaffen. Die beiden Schweizer Marathonläufer Röthlin und Abraham schafften 220 km die Woche. Röthlin bei 13 Trainings je Woche. (Europameister und WM Medaillengewinner im Marathon) Wenn Frauen für die Mittelstrecken, dass angehen sind die schon "Tod" beim Start. |
