Von solcher Argumentation bin ich ja nun wirklich weit entfernt. Es geht um die Gewichtung in koordinativen, technischen und vor allem neuronalen Angelegenheiten. Da war ein Florian Schwarthoff absolut perfekt geschult. Reizen diejenigen, die dopen, diese genannten Bereiche wirklich aus? Das ist die Frage. Ich kann nach jahrelanger Erfahrung sagen, dass viele machbare Bereiche nicht ausgereizt sind und teilweise sehr stiefmütterlich behandelt werden. Das betrifft den Verletzungsbereich mit dem entsprechenden gesunden Übungspoolbereich. Das betrifft vor allem die angemessene Kontrolle der Strukturen. Da habe ich mittlerweile so ganz andere Vorstellungen in der Machbarkeit. Sicherlich kommt auch der ernährungsmäßig unterstützende und dopingfreie Bereich dazu. Es geht auch um Stimulierung bestimmter Bereiche, die auch dopingfrei machbar ist.
Ich habe mich letztens sehr lange in technischer Hinsicht mit einer ehemaligen Topwerferin, die ihrer Zeit voraus war, über David Storls technischen Werdegang unterhalten. Manchmal sollte man über den Tellerrand schauen. Man sollte auch immer wieder die Vergangenheit im Wissen mit den aktuellen Erkenntnissen abgleichen. Es war nicht immer alles schlecht in der Vergangenheit.
Wir sind uns doch alle einig darüber, dass der heutige "Leistungssport ein Ritt auf der Rasierklinge" in vielerlei Hinsicht ist. Es ist unheimlich wichtig, ein "Feintuning" ohne gravierende Schäden im entsprechenden Rahmen ohne Totalschäden zu verwirklichen.
