Wie viele es tun, der Vergleich der letzten 600 Meter von Konstanze in Leipzig und nun in Glasgow springt viel zu kurz und dann die Fehlinterpretation das Konstanze schlechter war oder unklug gelaufen oder Fehler.....
Konstanze kann jetzt schon in einem perfekt geführten Rennen zwischen etwa 8:25 und 8:29 laufen. Perfekt wäre das aktuelle Vermögen 12-13 Runden geführt in 34 Sekunden und dann die letzten 400-500 Meter beschleunigen.
Fast perfekt geführt wurde sie 12 Runden lang in Leipzig mit 35`Runden. Kein falscher Schritt, keine 2. Bahn, jede Runde eine Sekunde langsamer als ihr optimales Durchschnittstempo. Ja, dann kann man , kann Konstanze das Tempo noch so gut anziehen und eine 1:33 draufsetzen. In Glasgow war das Rennen bis 1500 Meter etwa 4-5 Sekunden langsamer, aber wesentlich unrhythmischer und war trotz langsamerer Zeit eher nicht kraftsparender als in Glasgow. Ab etwa 1400 lief Konstanze dann ihr Durchschnittsstempo was sie 3000 Meter optimal laufen kann mit einer Initialrunde von 32,5.
Sie ging somit in Glasgow schon 1000 Meter früher an ihr Leistungsvermögen. Da kann sie nicht nochmal zusätzlich auf den letzten 2-3 Runden explodieren. Also schwächer als in Leipzig war sie für nicht nicht. Muir war gestern einfach nicht zu schlagen. Es gab keine Taktik die sie hätte bezwingen können. Trotz des 1500 Meter Vorlaufes, trotz der 32,5 Runde hatte man nie den Eindruck, das sie Probleme hatte das Tempo mitzugehen.
Auch dieses Rennen bringt Konstanze ein Stück weiter nach vorn.
