Darin liegt doch gerade der Reiz - für jede(n) den Weg zu finden, der passt. Wer nicht bereit ist, vieles alleine oder gemeisam mit dem inneren Schweinehund zu machen, bekommt sicher Probleme. Sparringspartner finde ich für Läufe wichtig, insbesondere für die ruhigen, umfangreichen. Technikeinheiten allein bringen erhebliche Vorteile, technisch und mental. Um wenige Topathleten lassen sich prima sehr unterschiedliche Trainingspartner(innen) gruppieren, zB auch Spezialisten.
Für Talente kommt es also darauf an, zunächst den/die Trainer/in zu finden, die konzeptionell, menschlich und fachlich passt, dann muss der Standort stimmen: Uni/kurze Wege... wenn dann auch noch die Gruppe, der Ort, die Trainingsbedingungen und die Kohle stimmen sollen, zeigt sich, wie wenig wahrscheinlich das Optimum ist.
Daraus lässt sich ableiten, dass wir
- mehr bessere Trainer brauchen, die gezielt gefördert werden müssen
- den Athletinnen bei Wechseln helfen müssen, was nicht immer leicht fällt, wenn man sie auch gern halten würde
- Zwangszentralisierung (s. Beachvolleyball) absolut kontraproduktiv ist, Athletenkarrieren zerstört und eine nachhaltige Entwicklung anspruchsvoller Disziplinen ausschließt.
