Also Federn beim Hochsprung?
Dass Springer (warum auch immer) sehr wechselhaft in der Leistung sein können, ist doch nichts neues oder ungewöhnliches.
Jungfleisch ist eine 2 m-Springerin, bei der man denken könnte, dass 1,90-92 immer gehen sollten und in Rom schon wieder an 1,88 gescheitert.
m.E. muss man an der Stabilität arbeiten, was vermutlich Mentaltraining oder auch einen besonderen Fokus auf einen stabilen Anlaufvorgang einschließen sollte. Aber es bringt nichts, auf die Volatilität zu fokussieren. Denn es kann mental eigentlich auch nur hilfreich sein, wenn man weiß, dass man Höhe/Weite x springen KANN, da man es ja schonmal geschafft hat.
