Man beachte mal die Trainingsbedingungen im 1. und 2. Teil.
Interessant ist übrigens, dass Johnson die Lateralflexion des Oberkörpers als schlecht ansieht und mit keinem Wort auf die Beckenbewegung eingeht. Es scheint doch unterschiedliche Meinungen über Technik zu geben. Er selbst war ja stocksteif im Oberkörper trotz annähernd gleicher Leistung über 200m. Er hatte vielleicht bei seinem kurzen Schritt auch gar nicht die Zeit zur Oberkörper-Seitneigung, so dass man auch technisch sehr individuell vorgehen sollte. Entscheidend ist natürlich, wie man bei gleicher Frequenz einen längeren Schritt rekrutiert. In der Hinsicht kann man nicht an der Oberfläche fischen, sondern muss schon sehr detaillierte Kenntnisse auch mit den entsprechenden Termini haben. Das bleibt einem dann nicht erspart.
