Es gibt sicherlich eine natürliche Variation, aber die natürliche Upside liegt sicher oberhalb der 0.1. Wenn die Grenze 0.12 sind bedeutet das natürlich nicht das jeder Mensch zu 0.12 physiologisch imstande ist. Wahrscheinlich sind die .12 so was wie 2,20 körperlänge, es gibt Menschen die das erreichen können, aber nicht jeder.
allerdings spielt bei der Reaktion nicht nur die reine physiologische Reaktionszeit eine Rolle, man muss das ganze auch in eine richtig koordinierte Bewegung umsetzen und dieser Faktor ist trainierbar. Auch Dinge wie vorspannung (zu fest oder zu locker sind sicher nicht gut) und Nervosität spielen sicher eine Rolle.
