Die Wirkung von mentaler WK Vorbereitung ist sehr differenziert zu betrachten!
Ich darf dies sagen, da meine Diplomarbeit dieses Thema betrachtet, und ich auch
langjährige Untersuchungen dazu anstellte.
Kurzum:
Es lassen sich Rückschlüsse auf Einflussfaktoren ableiten, und diese auch darstellen.
Um "Wirkung" zu erziehlen, bedarf es der Einbindung in das tägliche Training, bestenfalls
mit Hilfe des Sportpsychologen. Hier muss also vor Ort mit dem Athleten (der es auch annimmt)
gearbeitet werden, mentale Motivationsseminare sind nachweisbar nur kurz wirksam und zu
wenig individuell ausgelenkt.
Es lassen sich in bedingten Situationen sehr gute Resultate erzielen, grade die Themen
Spannungsaufbau/ Spannungskurve, Fokussierung, Selbstmotivation, Zustandsoptimierung
und Ablaufoptimierung sind hier hervorzuheben!
Auch mentale Stärke und Stabilität ist ein Teil des Leistungsmaximums.
Ich kann sehr anschauliche und praxisbezogene Literatur von Dr. Thomas Wörz und Dr. Rolf Frester
empfehlen.
