Hm vllt hat sich auch in den letzten 20 Jahren auch vieles geändert. Schließlich ist Mentaltraining ein noch eher junger Trainingsbestandteil. Das Problem ist, das von den Jugendlichen längst nicht alle im Erwachsenenalter ihre Leistungen konstant abrufen. Es wäre ja schön, wenn alle durch Erfahrung irgendwann Wettkämpfe souverän meister würden, aber das betrifft viele Sportler nicht. Ich habe auch bei der DM wieder erlebt, wie z.B. ein Julian Reus oder eine Pamela Dutkiewitzc komplett auf sich fokussiert waren, alles andere ausgeblendet haben, während die anderen Teilnehmer nervös herumzappelten etc.
Und der zweite PUnkt, das Techniktraining ist sowieso ein recht neues Feld. Es gibt da eine Menge Optimierungsspielraum durch Mentaltraining.
Und nicht zuletzt hilft es auch, härter zu trainieren bzw. auch im Wettkampf, wenn man mal einen Lauf alleine von vorn laufen muss, trotzdem an seine körperlichen Grenzen zu gehen, etwa um eine PB oder NOrm zu schaffen. Auch da gibt es Möglichkeiten.
Die Literatur ist aber hauptäshlich aus den letzten 10-20 Jahren. Früher waren Sportpsychologen wirklich etwas für Leute mit extremen Nervositätsproblemen, für solche, die nicht mit dem Druck klarkamen, für MOtivationsrpobleme und für die ganzen klinischen Probleme wie Depressionen, die der Leistungssport bei manchen hervorruft. Sportpsychologen waren damals einfach Psychotherapeuten für Sportler. Mit richtigem Mentaltraining, dass von Trainer und Sportler in den Trainingseinheiten im Techniktraining oder vom Athleten selbstständig in der Aufwärmphase vor WEttkämpfen durchgeführt wird, hatte das nichts zu tun. Du kannst also nicht behaupten, dass du dich mit Mentaltraining beschäftigt hat.
