Die von mir angeführtem 4:20,08 über 1500m zum Karriereende bedeuteten tatsächlich persönliche Bestleistung.
Zuvor ist er schon tatsächlich schon 4:23,04 (nicht 4:28) im Zehnkampf gelaufen.
Zu behaupten, dass die von mir angebenen Leistungen und Werte (also Plural) falsch seien ist dann aber wohl auch nicht korrekt!
Ich halte mich für zwar für einen Zehnkampfexperten, in diesem Falle aber nicht für einen Insider; Frank Busemann kenne ich nicht persönlich und das habe ich auch nie behauptet?
Zum Inhaltlichen: Mir erschien Busemanns Körper von oben nach unten etwas unausgewogen proportioniert, mit besonders stark ausgeprägter Oberschenkelmuskulatur. Wenn Du sein Erscheinungsbild einmal mit dem seines direkten Konkurenten Dan O'Brien vergleichst dürften weitere Unterschiede auffallen.
Das war den Worten seines Vaters nach auch ein Stück weit Veranlagung.
Dass einem Top Zehnkämpfer aber z.B. ein Brustwirbel herausspringt, wenn er mal nen Sack Kartoffeln tragen soll deutet für mich aber darauf hin, dass da etwas in Dysbalance war.
Und stramme Trainingseinheiten ohne Augenmerk auf präventive Stärkung des Körperbaus halte ich auch für eine Form des "Verheizens".
Ist dabei egal, ob etwas durch falsches Training erst entstanden ist - oder im Training einfach nicht korrigierend eingegriffen worden ist.
