Ganz so schlimm ist es ja nicht. Ein Blick in die entsprechende Regel 163.2 der IWR 2016 hilft da durchaus weiter:

am Fortkommen gehindert wird, und
b) ein anderer Läufer durch den Schiedsrichter als verantwortlich für das Rempeln oder Sperren festgestellt wird, muss dieser oder dessen Staffelmannschaft von diesem Lauf disqualifiziert werden. Der Schiedsrichter kann, wenn er der Meinung ist, dass ein Läufer oder dessen Staffelmannschaft einen deutlichen Nachteil erlitten hat, den Lauf unter Ausschluss des disqualifizierten Läufers oder der Staffelmannschaft wiederholen lassen oder jedem betroffenen Läufer oder jeder betroffenen Staffelmannschaft (außer dem disqualifizierten Läufer oder der Staffelmannschaft) die Teilnahme in einem Lauf der folgenden Runde erlauben.
In beiden Fällen Regel 163.2a und b soll ein solcher Läufer den Lauf normalerweise in ehrlichem Bemühen beendet haben.
Deutlicher Nachteil - subjektiv, aber auch da wird viel Augenmaß bewiesen
in ehrlichem Bemühen beendet - Schubsen lassen und weiterjoggen geht also nicht.
