Litv. : Die Sperre des Verbands ist legetim, aber ein Verbot eines Athleten auf die profi Karriere ohne jeglichen Beweis verletzt die Menschenrechte von diesen Athleten.Die Unschuldvermutung von jeden Athleten sollte bestand haben, egal wie emotional diese Situation auch ist.
Wie die Anwälte sagen: Wenn man nicht sicher ist, lässt man lieber einen möglichen Verbrecher laufen, stat einen möglichen Unschuldigen zu bestrafen.
So enthüllen die russische Weltklasse-Leichtathletin Yuliya Stepanova (28) und ihr Mann Vitaliy, der an hoher Stelle bei der russischen Antidoping-Agentur Rusada arbeitete, gegenüber Reporter Hajo Seppelt, wie in Russland Doping organisiert ist. „Die Athleten denken gar nicht, wenn sie verbotene Präparate einnehmen, dass sie etwas Unrechtes tun“, so Stepanova. Die Trainer würden „die Athleten mit Tabletten füttern“. Und wenn einer erwischt werden würde, behauptet Stepanova, die bei der Hallen-EM 2011 über 800 m gewann, „schmeißen sie den Sportler weg und nehmen einen neuen.“„Du musst dopen, so läuft es in Russland. Die Funktionäre und Trainer sagen klar, dass Du mit deinen natürlichen Voraussetzungen nur so und so weit kommen kannst. Um Medaillen zu bekommen, brauchst Du Hilfe. Und diese Hilfe, das ist Doping. Verbotene Substanzen“, erklärt Stepanovas Ehemann Vitaliy Stepanov der ARD, der bei der Rusada auch den Generaldirektor beriet.
Jav. : Hmm, wenn die Trainer sagen, dass 'du mit deinen natürlichen Voraussetzungen keine Medaillen bekommst', also nur mit der Hilfe DOPING, dann verstehe ich nicht, dass AthletenInnen aus anderen Ländern ohne DOPING Weltklasseleistungen erzielen.
Siehe z.B. hier in Deutschland die Diskus- und SpeerwerferInnen. Und die Sprinter, Mittel- und LangstrecklerInnen, die WerferInnen, die SprungathletenInnen aus den USA, JAM, SKN, TTO, FRA, QAT, GBR, GRE, DOM, KSA, GRN, BAH, BEL, ESP, CHN, SUI, KEN, POL, CIV, BRA, NED, NRG, BLR, HUN, CRO, AUS, CUB, SVK, SWE, SLO, CAN, CZE, LAT, ISR, ARG, IRE, BHI, DJI, MAR, PUR, NOR, NZL, MEX, NRG, TJK, ITA, FIN, EGY, SKN, PNA..............., das reicht wohl, hmm, alles keine russischen AthletenInnen unter RUS.
Alles 'saubere' Berufssportler. Nee, da gibt's ja noch den einen oder anderen, der gegen die Doping-Bestimmungen verstossen, die Strafe (Sperre) abgesessen hat und seit einiger Zeit wieder 'arbeitsfähig' ist, auch bei OS.
Und überall spielt natürlich der Staat /die Politik keine Rolle, auch die Verbände, Vereine, Sponsoren nicht. Moment mal, wer fordert hier Superleistungen, sprich Normen für die Nationalen und Internationalen Wettkämpfe ? Superleistungen, die doch eigentlich ohne DOPING (lt. Russland) gar nicht erbracht werden können.

Jav. : Tja, und der Herr Seppelt, der fanatische, freche und arrogante deutsche Journalist, der sich nicht scheut, einer russischen Journalisten (nicht nur) 'ihre' Dummheit vorzuwerfen, ist nun der Enthüller einer großen Dopingsache (siehe Link). Sicherlich ist es richtig, gegen Doping vorzugehen, aber nicht in einer Art, die eines seriösen Journalisten unwürdig ist. In einer Talkshow hat er sich gegenüber einem russ. Journalisten auch in einer rotzfrechen Art als deutscher Herrenmensch geoutet. Dieser TV-Herr soll sich nun mal auf den Weg machen und in den (oben genannten) Ländern außerhalb Russlands nach dem Rechten sehen.
Jedenfalls ist es nicht richtig, AthletenInnen (gleich welcher Nation), die nicht gegen die Anti- Dopingbestimmungen verstossen haben, kollektiv zu bestrafen. Wenn ein Staat korrupt gehandelt hat, dann müssen hier Sanktionen erfolgen. Der LA-Sport hat mit seinen NADA-Testpools und Whereabout-Richtlinien, die IAAF kann versäumte Kontrollen evaluieren, kann Wettkampfsperren aussprechen und so den /die AthletenIn, die gegen diese Richtlinien verstossen, bestrafen.
AthletenInnen, die ihren Sport berufsmäßig ausüben und nicht gegen die A.-D. Regeln verstossen haben, darf man nicht ihre finanzielle und existentielle Grundlage durch ein Strafe entziehen. Die Anti Dopingfrage wird dadurch nicht geklärt.
