Jeder Läufer, der sich für den London Marathon anmeldet, akzeptiert die Dopingkontroll-Regeln. Die Veranstalter des London Marathons lassen fast alle Topläufer im halben Jahr vor dem Lauf und danach testen. Das ist keine Garantie für ein sauberes Rennen, aber sie tun zumindest was.
