Ohne in der IWR 'gewühlt' zu haben, denke ich, dass der Wettkampf nicht 'mit dem Betreten des Callrooms/Aufrufs (welcher Aufruf ?) beginnt und mit der Siegerehrung endet. Wenn man zum Wettbewerb antritt, so hat man nach allen 'Püfungen' (Startpass, Anmeldung usw.) das Teilnahmerecht am Wettkampf erworben. Die privaten Geräte müssen nur beim Wettkampf (wenn sie persönlich benutzt werden) zur Verfügung gestellt werden, nicht beim Einwerfen (das Gerät könnte man bis zum Wettkampf auch in der Tasche lassen). Der Wettkampf beginnt mit dem Aufruf des Schiedsrichters und endet, wenn dieser das Ende des Wettkampfes verkündet hat. Die Siegerehrung gehört nicht zum Wettkampf (könnte ja auch erst am folgenden Tag stattfinden, oder aus bestimmten Gründen gar nicht).
