Das hängt von Konstitution/Nerventätigkeit / Kondition ab.
Als F.Griffith-Joyner ihre ( gedopten ) WR lief, mit ihren sehr raumgreifenden Schritten, versuchten kurzzeitig auch Marlis Göhr und Silke Gladisch mit langen Schritten zu laufen.
Es brachte nichts, und beide kehrten zu den zu ihnen passenden kurzen Trommelschritten zurück.

Zu den Zeiten :
Die von Prof.Lames ermittelten 0,17 s für den Dopingvorteil stammen aus dem Jahre 2001.
Diese auf den damaligen WR = 9,79 s draufgeschlagen sind 9,96 s / auf den 10-er Durchschnitt 2001 drauf, sind 10,06.
Man kann deshalb von 10,05 s realer 1oom - Zeit sprechen.
